Download YouTube Videos with VLC Media Player

Step 1 » Copy the Link of the YouTube video which you want to download.

Step 2 » Open vlc media player.

Step 3 » Click “Media” menu and choose Open Network Stream... option (or simply clicks “Ctrl+N”)

 

Step 4 » Paste the link of the youtube video in the box under the Network tab.

 

Step 5 » And press Play button.

Step 6 » VLC media player will start Streaming your video.

 

Step 7 »After streaming your video will be play.

 

Step 8 » Then choose View menu and click Advanced controls.

 

Step 9 » Now you will see four advanced buttons above the normal play/pause button.

 

Step 10 » Then clicks the first button from the left called the record button.

 

Step 11 » Again presses the record button when you want to stop the downloading.

 

Step 12 » The YouTube video will be automatically saved in your Libraries - Videos folder in Windows 7.
