Apply Video Effects and Image modification in vlc player

 

Step 1 » Play any video in vlc player.

 

Step 2 » Click thistool near play button (or simply click “Ctrl+E” button)

 

Step 3 » Click “Video Effects” tab on the top.

 

Step 4 » And choose “Image modification” tab.

 

Step 5 » Then use “Gradient”, “Motion blur”, “Waves”, “Water effect”, “Motion detect”, “Noise”, and “Psychedelic” option one by one.

Step 6 » Finally clicks the Close button. That’s all...
