Debug Logging

You want to know,

What went wrong with Video FPS, codec’s?
Why some feature is not compatible? or
        Other relevant issues?

VLC can tell you about any problem. With its intrinsic Debug logging feature, it can inform you about info like,
  1. Lack of correspondence in Network,
  2. Video discrepancy,
  3. Why feature is not supported or not compatible,
  4. Which CODEC is missing?
  5. App crash, and
  6. Erratic A/V halts due to unidentifiable reason.
  7. To view the log, from the View menu, under Add Interlace, click Debug logging.

Steps:

Step 1 » Open vlc media player
Step 2 » And click on View menu.
Step 3 » Under the submenu of View menu click on “Add Interface”
Step 4 » And choose “Debug logging” option.
